ABOUT KIMBERLY
Kimberly Henderson is a seeker, an educator, a yogi, and a psychologist. She’s passionate about coaching clients on a path forward that is rooted in yogic principles and informed by science. Her approach to life and coaching is divided among three avenues of pursuit: Mind, Body, and Spirit.
Mind
Kimberly holds a PhD in Developmental Psychology from University of Utah. She is a professor at Boise State University and teaches psychology courses including Human Relationships, Art and Science of Happiness, Navigating the Self, and Designing Your Life. Additionally, Kimberly has been trained through Stanford's Life Design Studio to administer the Life Design Protocol on campus. Her passion for connecting and educating keeps her engaged with current topics in best practices for motivation, information dissemination, and transformational experiences. She reads literature and attends workshops regularly, always developing her craft for inspiring learning through exploration, expansion, and expression.
Body
As a trained yoga instructor, Kimberly has expanded her gift for developing insight in others using the connection of the mind and the body, through the practice of asana, breath work, meditation, and visualizations.
Spirit
To hear Kimberly tell it - this is where it all begins and ends. Her pursuits of the mind and her continued yoga practice all serve as expressions of spirit, which are grounded in the belief that everything in life is a gift that helps her to fulfill her purpose of serving others.
